No kitchen should be without the Joyce Chen Unlimited Scissor. It really does do everything, and maintains its sharpness well over time. I recently misplaced mine, and panicked, and immediately placed an order for a replacment.

I bought this for my husband and he has always complained no one thinks of the left handed person. He then promptly used his right hand to cut with these scizzors. Habits! lol... they work both way!

My husband found my very first pair of Joyce Chen sissors on the beach in Naples Florida. When I used them I couldn't believe the superiority of them compared to other sissors. They are worth every last penny, mine are now probably 15 years old and have lived in Toledo Ohio, Naples, Florida, Monterey California and now in Honolulu Hawaii. I loved them so much I decided I decided I would like to get them for my sons also. I hoped I could find them on the Internet and sure enough I did. I am very happy with my purchase and will be getting these for gifts for a lot of other friends and family. I recommend these to everyone, try them, you will really like them.
